Sales Manager (Marine)
Job responsibilities:
1. Led the team to develop shipping business, sorted out customers and channel resources, and achieved performance targets;
2. Developed, decomposed, assessed and implemented team sales targets;
3. Understand the general trend of the international air cargo market;
4, responsible for daily customer relationship maintenance, effective cost control and accounts recovery;
5. Complete other work assigned by superiors;
Qualifications:
1, college degree or above, major is not limited;
2,more than 5 years of freight forwarder/shipping company sales experience, have team management experience, customer resource channel resources are preferred, according to the ability to establish salary;
3, in traditional shipping has a strong sales management achievements;
4, perseverance, good leadership, organization, communication and coordination skills, have a good peer network;
5,with a certain market analysis and judgment ability, good customer service awareness;
