Marine Operations Manager:

Job Requirements:

1. College degree or above, more than 3 years of international freight forwarding and other related business operation experience, at least 2 years of customer service/operation team management experience; 2. Familiar with the import clearance process of the customs and commodity inspection authority. The requirements of inspection, tax payment and declaration, which have certain opinions and understanding;

3. Careful work, strong sense of responsibility, strong sense of service and team spirit;

4. Good command of English listening and speaking. Literacy;

5. Proficient in using office software such as MSofficeEXCEL;

Job Description:

1. Responsible for arranging quotations for orders received by the company. Booking. Shipping. Cargo tracking. Customs declaration, settlement and other matters;

2. Rationally arrange and allocate the work of department employees, and unite them to complete the operational tasks assigned by the company.

3. Accept the client's commission. LCL. Order change. Arrange tracking storage and transportation and document making. Customs clearance and other links, according to the situation of customs clearance and customer timely communication;

4. For the customer, make the customer's standard operation book and phased operation process; Responsible for contacting and coordinating the company's customers, accurately and timely processing customer information and requirements, and effective tracking;

5. Communicated with customers to deal with various emergencies.
